It is our desire that Green Pastures Baptist Church be a lighthouse for God, with the Holy Bible as the beacon that lights the way. We believe a God fearing, God led church will emerge when a body of believers unite to worship our Lord Jesus Christ, holding supreme His Great Commendments to love the Lord our God with all our hearts, soul and mind and our neighbor as ourselves. Furthermore, we are to carry out His Great Commission to teach all nations, baptizing them by immersion in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them obedience to Christ in all things as He commanded.
